Alternative Medicine – Natural Healing
Maintaining good health and well-being is an art that requires effort and knowledge. It’s not about good treatment; the real art is not getting sick. This is about prevention, but not the kind promoted by pharmaceutical companies – in the form of various vaccines, artificial vitamins, and other substances. All these substances, like any chemical medicine, have side effects, and most importantly – they do not address the root problem. Pharmacological treatment is essentially symptomatic, meaning it only suppresses symptoms, such as pain, without addressing its cause. Often, this leads to various side effects, drug dependency, the destruction of the immune system, and the problem, temporarily silenced, eventually grows to tragic proportions.
This is not the type of prevention or treatment I am talking about.
How can we prevent and treat existing health issues?
What is included in prevention?
Nutrition, Exercise, and Mental Balance
Most health conditions, including genetic ones, excluding mechanical injuries (accidents, poisoning, etc.), arise from dietary errors. This is why it is so important to follow proper nutrition principles. There are many types of diets. Among them are two that have survived millennia: vegetarianism and veganism. No other diet compares. Blood type is irrelevant, and there are no contraindications. Among the populations of India, China, Japan, and other larger and smaller countries, the culture of not eating meat, fish, eggs, and dairy has been practiced for thousands of years and is based on ancient knowledge of the human body’s functioning. Time has long verified the validity and correctness of this way of eating. Even today, modern medical science does not possess this knowledge.
Nowadays, hormones and antibiotics are used in the farming of animals, poultry, and fish, and these substances accumulate in their bodies. Consequently, their consumption causes uncontrolled, irreversible, and often fatal diseases in humans – cancers, multiple sclerosis, muscle atrophy, and many others. This fact alone is enough reason to stop eating them. There is another most important reason prohibiting the consumption of these products. It’s about protein! Animal protein, even if it comes from organic farming, destroys us, even kills us. It accelerates the aging process. Our body does not need that much protein. For proper functioning, plant-based protein is sufficient. This is also an argument against dairy.
Important note – there is no need to look for substitutes for the lack of protein in vegetarianism or veganism. This includes soy and its derivatives – lentils, chickpeas, peas, or beans. It is a misconception that vegetarians or vegans need to consume high-protein plants. Firstly, they damage organs – starting with the pancreas, and secondly, the body does not need them.
The body does not need external protein because it creates its own protein in the right amounts for its own needs. It does this individually. In this regard, there is no need to feed it protein. It only requires us to supply it with the right amounts of microelements – the building blocks from which it will create protein, vitamins, and even its own sugar – glycogen. We should ensure a variety of microelements – found in vegetables and fruits. Moreover, to extract microelements from meat, fish, eggs, or dairy – to digest the meal we provide with these products, the body must expend much more energy, time, and other resources than to digest typically plant-based dishes, including plant protein. After digesting animal products, a much larger amount of toxins remains in the body than after plant-based products, which the body cannot easily get rid of. They accumulate, disrupting the normal processes in the body. The immune system, which also relies on chemical processes involving the mentioned microelements, becomes blind and deaf to threats or reacts inadequately. This is how diseases develop, including cancers.
Once again, I want to emphasize: we do not need to follow blood type diets when switching to a vegetarian or vegan diet, nor do we need to consume high-protein plants and „boost” ourselves with vitamin B12. Just as animals’ bodies create this vitamin for their needs, so does the human body. The use of pharmacological vitamin B12 has a destructive effect on the body, just as animal protein does – pathological changes occur as with eating meat, fish, eggs, and dairy, meaning that with the presence of pharmacological vitamin B12, the purpose of a protein-free diet is lost.
It is also very important to regularly cleanse the body, even on a vegan diet. The body accumulates various deposits over time and requires us to help it get rid of them. Although there are many cleansing techniques, the best method is fasting.
The techniques I provide are effective: they cleanse the body, regulate, and work multidimensionally. It will absolutely not harm your health if you fast one day a week. The results will be much better and will appear in unexpected areas if you also drink juices daily.
For the good of your body – not only limit but completely exclude sugar from your diet! Do not be fooled by cane sugar, birch sugar, fruit sugar, brown sugar, sweeteners, and even honey. It is also sugar! There are surely other sugars I have not heard of or mentioned, but they all, like protein, destroy us. There is no „healthy sugar,” just as there is no „healthy protein.” This is certain.
Salt is also not beneficial to health. It is advisable to limit it as much as possible, and even better – exclude it.
It is worth knowing that a vegan diet with juices can treat many diseases, even in advanced stages.
Briefly about alcohol, cigarettes, various stimulants, drugs – they have no place in any form!
In addition to a good diet, exercise must also be a constant presence in our lives – physical exercises involving all or most muscle groups, joints, and the spine. It could be the gym, yoga asanas on a mat… The important thing is to exercise!
Our mental state is based on foundations: strong will and firm principles. Emotional mental state affects the physical state of the body. We need to learn to control and manage emotions, which will protect our health.
To discipline the psyche, I recommend meditation and savasana exercises from yoga (the first complex).
