Alternative Medicine – Natural Treatment

Maintaining good condition and health is an art that requires effort and knowledge. It’s not about treating oneself well; the art lies in not falling ill. This is about prevention, but not the kind promoted by pharmaceutical companies through various vaccines, artificial vitamins, and other means. All these methods, like any chemical drug, have side effects and, most importantly, do not address the problem. Pharmacological treatment is essentially symptomatic, meaning it only suppresses symptoms, such as pain, without removing its cause. This often results in various side effects, drug dependency, destruction of the immune system, and the problem, which was temporarily silenced, grows over time to tragic proportions.

This is not the type of prevention or treatment we are talking about.

How can one prevent and treat existing pathological changes?

What does prevention encompass?

Nutrition, Movement, and Mental Balance

Most diseases, including genetic ones, excluding mechanical injuries (accidents, poisonings, etc.), arise as a result of nutritional errors. For this reason, it is crucial to adhere to the principles of proper nutrition. There are many types of diets. Among them, two have survived millennia: vegetarianism and veganism. No other diet compares. Blood type is irrelevant, and it’s hard to speak of any other contraindications. Among the populations of India, China, Japan, and other larger and smaller countries of our globe, the culture of not eating meat, fish, eggs, and dairy has spanned several thousand years and is based on ancient knowledge of human body functioning. Time has long verified the credibility and correctness of this way of eating. This knowledge is not yet available to modern medical science.

In today’s world, growth hormones and antibiotics are used in the breeding of animals, poultry, and fish, these substances accumulate in their bodies. Consequently, after consumption, they induce uncontrollable, irreversible, and often fatal diseases in the human body – cancers, multiple sclerosis, muscle atrophy, and many others. This fact alone is enough reason to stop eating them. There’s another most important reason for not consuming the mentioned products. It’s about protein! Animal-derived protein, even from organic farming, destroys us, literally kills us. It accelerates aging processes. Our body does not need that much protein. For proper functioning, plant-based protein is sufficient. This also argues against dairy.

Important note – there’s no need to look for anything to replace the lack of protein in vegetarianism or veganism. This includes soy and its derivatives – lentils, chickpeas, peas, or beans. It’s a misconception that vegetarians or vegans must consume high-protein plants. Firstly, they destroy organs – starting with the pancreas, and secondly, the body does not need them.

The body does not need external protein at all, as it creates its own protein for its needs in the right amounts. It creates individually. And in this matter, there’s no compulsion to feed it its protein. It only requires us to supply it with the right amounts of microelements – the building blocks from which it will create protein, vitamins, and even its own sugar – glycogen. We should care about a palette of microelements – and that’s found in vegetables and fruits. Furthermore, to extract microelements from meat, fish, eggs, or dairy – to digest a meal served by us with these products, it has to spend much more energy, time, and other resources on digesting animal-derived protein than on digesting plant-based meals, including plant-derived protein. After digesting animal-derived products, much more toxins remain in the body than after plant-derived products, which the body cannot easily get rid of. They accumulate, disrupt the normal mode of life processes within. The immune system, which also bases on chemical processes with the involvement of the aforementioned building blocks – microelements, becomes blind and deaf to the emergence of threats. Or reacts inadequately. That’s how diseases arise. Including cancers.

I want to remind you again: when transitioning to a vegetarian or vegan diet, we do not have to be guided by blood type, and there’s no need to “boost” ourselves with vitamin B12 because, just like animal organisms, the human body also creates this vitamin on its own, and using pharmacological vitamin B12 does destructive work in the body just as many times mentioned animal-derived protein – pathological changes occur as with eating meat, fish, eggs, and dairy, meaning the presence of pharmacological vitamin loses the sense of introducing a protein-free diet.

It’s also important to know that even on a vegan diet with juices, one can treat many diseases, even in fairly advanced stages.

Briefly on alcohol, cigarettes, various kinds of drugs, and coffee – these are poisons, slow-acting or not, but still poisons. They disturb the normal course of chemical processes in the body, leading to the development of pathological changes.

Movement is also crucial. It doesn’t have to be sports, but regular physical activity is necessary. It’s not about exhausting the body but about its optimal use.

Mental balance is equally important. It’s about controlling your emotions, not letting them control you. This is crucial for maintaining health. Negative emotions, stress, and living in constant tension have a very bad effect on health. They can cause various diseases, from hypertension to cancer. It’s worth learning to control your emotions, look for positive aspects in every situation, and avoid stress.

Conclusion

In conclusion, proper nutrition, movement, and maintaining mental balance are the foundations of good health. By adhering to these principles, you can prevent many diseases and even treat existing ones. Remember, your health is in your hands.
