Allergy

In recent decades, the number of people suffering from this condition has increased significantly. It has various forms—skin symptoms, runny nose, food intolerance, asthma…

“I’m allergic…”, “I’m allergic to…” – how many times have I heard this in conversations with patients! They speak of it as if it were their destiny.

What is this disease? Allergy of any kind has an immunological basis. How does it work? The most important function of the immune system is to defend the body, both inside and outside. For defense, it creates armies of leukocytes, lymphocytes, phagocytes, etc., at the moment of threat. The mucous membrane and the associated lymphatic tissue primarily play the role of producing defensive cells, which are meant to kill intruders—such as pathogenic microbes or viruses from outside. Thus, the defense function belongs to the immune system.

It issues orders in dangerous moments to the lymphatic tissue, bone marrow, and mucous membrane to greatly increase the production of phagocytes, lymphocytes, etc. This is how a well-functioning immune system works. Otherwise, it may start to react improperly to the situation, namely:

Allergy is an inadequate response to the environment, where the defense system mistakes a friendly environment for a hostile one.

It immediately issues a “command” to produce an army of defensive cells. In the case of allergic rhinitis, the mucous membrane of the nose unnecessarily produces defensive cells, swelling and thickening, and if the process becomes extensive—the swollen mucous membrane narrows the passage of the bronchi and bronchioles, and the defensive cells become a suffocating secretion for the patient. This is an asthma attack due to allergy.

Why does the immune system start to behave improperly, failing? What is the cause? Sugars! Sweet tooths become the primary victims of allergies.

A large amount of sugar creates a lot of inappropriate chemical reactions in the body, and the immune system—a countless number of them—is a very complex mechanism of interrelated and interdependent chemical reactions. At the same time, they are also receptors—sensors for reacting to the state of the environment, and if certain types of reactions stop occurring, the appropriate receptors are lacking. The system “goes blind” and starts reacting inadequately because there is a large amount of toxic compounds. This misleads the entire system, as it functions using the appropriate micronutrients and chemical compounds as sensors to examine the environment! It “goes blind” without being able to properly assess the situation. This is how an allergic reaction appears. Pollen, dust, animal fur, mites, gluten, and any other allergen considered as such are not the cause of allergies!

Pharmaceutical drugs, as is known, do not cure allergies, only suppress symptoms temporarily, creating dependencies and often severe side effects that also require treatment… and so on endlessly. This enriches the global pharmaceutical industry.

To help the immune system, it is first necessary to exclude (not limit, but completely exclude) sugar of any kind (fruit sugar, cane sugar, honey, etc.) from the diet, as well as products containing it (cakes, cookies, chocolate, drinks, etc.), and the allergy will apparently calm down. One should also consider that animal protein and salt often play a negative role in these processes. Their exclusion will also be a good “remedy” for curing allergies because, like sugar, protein disrupts the proper functioning of the immune mechanism.

If the allergy has caused a lot of serious damage to the body—such as asthma with lung damage and many other pathological changes in the body, it is not enough to only exclude proteins and sugars—complications need to be removed through treatment.

Nutrition without sugar, without protein, fasting, and physical exercises eliminate the possibility of developing allergies.
