Nutrition

Always remember that we sit at the table not to please our senses, but to meet the needs of our body. In other words: we do not live to eat, we eat to live! Someone might say – that’s just philosophy. Yes, it might be so. But those who deny it often face health problems and sometimes fatal ones.

About drinking water. The body needs water – meat-eaters should drink 2 to 3 liters (depending on height, weight, ambient temperature, type of work, etc.). Vegetarians need 1 – 1.2 liters of water depending on the already mentioned conditions. Vegans can stop at 800 ml. This amount of water should be consumed daily and does not include juices, teas, coffee, other beverages, soups…
Note: our body does not need any teas, but water and juices are essential.

The most valuable products are vegetables and various greens that grow above the ground.

It is important to know also that we do not sit at the table because the clock shows 1:00 PM or 6:00 PM. We sit when we are very hungry, and sitting at the table does not have to happen 3-5 times a day. That is too much. For good health, even one meal is sufficient, as long as that one meal is well-balanced. Do not burden the body with constant digestion, as in conditions of never-ending digestion, there is no time and strength for internal cleaning – spending a lot of time, energy, and effort on the digestion process. It just digests and digests…

Remember – for this same reason, we do not eat or even drink anything after 5:00 PM. Let the body take care of itself!

Fermented products are absolutely not beneficial to health. People who love sauerkraut, pickled cucumbers, marinades, cooking with vinegar, including balsamic vinegar, will much earlier face joint and spine degeneration, intense deposit accumulation everywhere, blood pressure issues, cardiovascular diseases, and more.

Sometimes I am asked: „Why should I restrict my life so much? Why do others eat and drink whatever they want and nothing happens to them, but I get sick?” I agree that there are such people – they drink, eat whatever they want and can afford, and live to 80 – 90 years old! But there is something that not everyone knows or believes in, namely: we have two bodies – physical and energetic, and they work closely together. The physical body accumulates pathological changes before our eyes, ages, and dies. The energetic body is also not eternal – it ages and dies, but during its life, it changes the physical body several times – what we call reincarnation. If you own a young energetic body, the „nutritional sins” you commit will be much easier for it to combat than for the owner of an „old” energetic body. Genetic predispositions should not be „pushed off the cart” either. Both negative and positive. All this together is reality – whether we agree with it or not. They are independent of our will. This is how we exist.
