The information on this site concerns the processing of personal data in connection with visiting this website. The Administrator may process data in other areas that are not directly related to its website. An example is the conclusion of written contracts. Other areas of personal data processing are specified in the relevant documents related to these activities.
The Administrator processes personal data of visitors to this website for the purposes of:
- fulfilling a contract, preparing an offer, or taking actions before preparing an offer (based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), particularly in the case of sending an inquiry via the contact form on the website,
- fulfilling legal obligations by the Administrator (e.g., issuing an invoice; based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- statistical purposes (including monitoring website traffic; based on Art. 89(1) GDPR),
- resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party, including for marketing purposes (based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The processed personal data includes, in particular: name, surname, company name, NIP, geographical address, email address, phone number, computer IP address, and any other data you voluntarily provide us, including health-related data.
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to prepare an offer or take actions before preparing an offer. Failure to provide data will prevent the preparation and establishment of cooperation under the contract.
In the case of sending a contact form from the website or sending an email, your message will be delivered to our mailbox, which is maintained and technically accessed by our hosting service provider listed below. If you call us, your number will be displayed in the call history of our phone.
The retention and processing time of your data related to correspondence and phone calls depends on the purpose for which you contact us. By default, however, we assume that email correspondence (including submitted forms) and your phone number in the call history will be stored until: your explicit request for their deletion, manual or automatic deletion of records (e.g., to free up space in the email inbox or phone memory).
For regular or returning clients, to facilitate cooperation, we may save their numbers along with their name, surname, and identifier in the phone memory.
So, if you want to ensure that the correspondence you sent, contact form, or call history, or the saved number in the phone is not processed and will be deleted, please send us a relevant request in this matter.
We also (like our hosting service provider listed below) perform automatic backups of website data, emails, and forms sent to us, which backups (containing your personal data) are stored on the servers of the hosting company.
Withdrawal of consent to data processing
The person whose personal data is processed based on their consent or based on the need to prepare an offer or take actions before preparing an offer has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Withdrawal of other consents and inquiries is possible by contacting the Administrator via email.
